good momentum down cathays terrace, traffic lights are green, a luxury car's coming in the opposite direction and yes, it's going to turn right, across my path ang on i've got right of way wide open he must surely see me no turn indicator starts a lazy turn well before the junction (why?)
gotta make my train of all my options slowing is not one of them

9/10 lumbering around London (Dartmouth Park Hill!) with heavy messenger bag 3hrs+
11 3hrs Ajax "fast" group W on A48, down to Ewenny, Ogmore, put the hammer down in St. Athan
Week : 5hrs (proper+ 3hrs heavy bag riding)
15 3.5hrs JIF Ogmore loop w/Courtney, David B, Steady Simon
16 5hrs no VCL ride, Aberdare, Penderyn moor
17 2.5hrs JIF Cowbridge

21 neck spasm in shower

23 3.5hrs no VCL ride(rushed to McD's, no one there), Aberdare, Rhigos, nice day, back muscles tight, straining, groin "issue" start?????
Week : 5hrs, tear or summin in the left inguinal area, decided no more straining (ever, or at least for a good looong while) will ride back and forth along flats
